Terms & Conditions for Luna Stockists
To ensure your order is roasted to order and shipped by Friday, please place orders before 6 pm PST on Sunday for the coming production week. We roast Tuesday/Wednesday and ship out wholesale orders on Thursday/Friday.
We roast to order, and with that in mind, once an invoice is paid, we will be able to complete the order and dispatch. You place an order, then a confirmation email will follow with your order details along with an invoice to pay. You can leave a cc on file when you pay your first invoice, so going forward, future orders will be paid automatically. Once we've roasted, packed, and shipped out your order, you'll receive tracking information in a shipment email. Invoices for tax purposes become available once we have fulfilled your order. You will be able to access them inside your account.
As we roast to order, refunds or cancellations are not possible once we begin production.

Our minimum order for stockists is $300CAD ($250USD) - This works out to around 24 x 250g bags.
Greater Vancouver Area - We'll either be delivering your order ourselves on Friday/ Saturday, or we'll be shipping with Fedex Ground.
Canada/ USA - We've negotiated rates for Luna with FedEx and DHL (for Canada-wide and USA respectively).
The rates you see upon checkout are approximate. We split the cost 50/50 between you and us.*
*Please expect the shipping rate to be adjusted upon issue of invoice to match the 50% agreement.
International - For countries other than Canada and the United States, Shipping is via DHL & the shipping quote will be determined upon issue of invoice, matching carrier costs.
